What happens if I don't upgrade?
Your account moves to the permanent Free plan shown above — see exactly what stays and what pauses. Nothing is ever deleted, and upgrading instantly switches everything back on.
How do I pay with M-Pesa?
After your trial, you will receive an M-Pesa payment request via SMS. Pay to our paybill number using your farm ID as the account number. Your account upgrades automatically within 5 minutes.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
